4. Free calls and reviews

Growth Opportunity Calls and the free reviews offered with them are provided free of charge and with no obligation. Free reviews are based on publicly available information, need no logins and involve no changes to your website. They are a starting point for discussion, not a complete audit.

5. Pricing

Prices on the website (for example, "retainers start at USD 800 per month") are a guide. The final scope, fees and terms are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Advertising spend is paid to the platforms separately from our fees.

6. Intellectual property

Client logos and trademarks shown on the website belong to their owners and appear with permission or as a factual reference to past work. To the extent permitted by law, Sikono isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under consumer law that can't legally be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Wyoming. This doesn't remove any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
